Well, in all fairness Mussolini was full of hot air, so if you theoretically can stick a turbo the size of Ethiopia on it and have very little lag.

But don't stick anything Balkan-sized or above, it'll ruin your shit.

No, I was thinking of Ho Chi Minh. He was a dictator because he ruled his country alone, on a single-party basis, without allowing opposition. Just because you like him or find that he was rather acceptable, doesn't make him less of a dictator. I'm somewhat fond of Tito and Kemal yet I don't deny they were dictators.
